When you make an appointment, the whole appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Due to the amount of time set aside for your appointment, 48 hours minimum is required to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours incur 50% of the session fee, and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur 100% of the session fee.
